What does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on all orders, with no additional fees at checkout.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States only.
How long will my order take?
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding
holidays). Orders placed before 5:00 PM (PT) begin processing the same business
day. After processing, delivery takes 5-8 business days.
How do I track my order?
You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Please allow
24-48 hours for tracking to update. You can also use the Track Your Order
page.
Returns and refunds
What is your return window?
30 days from the date of delivery.
Do I pay for return shipping?
No. Every order ships with a free prepaid return label in the box, and there are no restocking fees.
What condition do items need to be in?
unworn, unused, with all original tags and packaging, with a receipt or proof of purchase. Use the prepaid label enclosed with your order — there is no need to contact us first.
My item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Please inspect your order on delivery and contact us within 7
days at support@vivotee.us.
When will I get my refund?
Once we receive and inspect the return, approved refunds go back to your original
payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take longer. If
more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact
us.
Can I exchange for a different size?
Yes, yes, by returning the original item first. Once the return is approved, place a new order for the size you
want.
Products
Are the outdoor lights safe in rain?
Everything in Outdoor Lighting is IP65 rated, which means it is built for rain, damp and wind. The solar models need no wiring at all.
Do these come with bulbs?
Some have an integrated LED, so there is nothing to buy or replace. Others take a standard E27 or E12 bulb, which you choose yourself — each product page says which.
