Frequently Asked Questions
How long will my order take?
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed before 5:00 PM PT begin processing the same business day. After processing, delivery takes a further 5 to 8 business days. You will get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships; allow 24-48 hours for it to start updating.
What does shipping cost, and where do you ship?
Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum and no extra fees at checkout. We currently ship within the United States only.
Can I return it if it isn't right?
Yes. You have 30 days from delivery. A free prepaid return label is included in your package – repack the item with its tags and original packaging, attach the label and hand it to the carrier. There is no restocking fee, and approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Are the rugs really machine washable?
The rugs in our Washable collection are – they go in a normal machine and keep their shape and colour. Every product page states whether that rug is washable and how to care for it. The non-slip backing grips hard floors, so no separate rug pad is needed.
